I recently sent documents by mail. Will it be treated?
If we received your document prior to the beginning of the strike, it will be treated. We will communicate with you for the required banking information, to deposit your refund, if applicable.
Otherwise, and as per the Canada Post website:
“Customers will experience delays due to the strike activity. Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike… All mail and parcels in the postal network will be secured and delivered as quickly as possible on a first-in, first-out basis once operations resume.”
You are invited to use other means of communications or an alternative courier service while postal services are disrupted.
I am expecting a refund cheque in the mail. When can I expect to receive it?
We recommend setting up direct deposit to your bank account whenever possible.
Our team will contact you to ask for the necessary banking information to deposit your refund. For safety reasons, please AVOID sending this information by email.
If the strike lasts for an extended period, we will actively seek alternative courier partners to ensure your refund cheques are delivered as quickly as possible.
How can I check the status of my claim?
